Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns work:

Art Prints & Limited Editions We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at kaybhatt75@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: hand-signed and numbered limited edition prints are non-refundable once the edition is sold out, as they cannot be replaced.

Apparel & Homeware We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. As these are print-on-demand items, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues — please check the size guide before ordering. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Original Paintings Original artworks are non-refundable. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
